  2. You Fund 50% the Cost of Your Building Project during the construction.
  3. You pay the remaining 50% over a period of 5years.

Basic Principle of Policy Assume Total Cost of Client’s Project = $100,000

Payment Plan Before and During Construction

  1. To commence project, down payment by client 25% = $25,000
  2. .During construction, after 12months, another payment by client 12.5% =$12,500
  3. Project completion, next 24months payment by client 12.5% = $12,500

Payment Plan after Construction

  1. Total payment by client before and During construction= 50% = $50,000
  2. Total Amount to be on Instalment payment plan after project completion =50% = $50,000
  3. Yearly payment by client = 10% = $10,000
  4. Payment period = 5years.

NOTE
In an event of variations during construction, any additional cost shall be added to the arrears after construction.
